About Us

Brian and Theresa DaSilva along with their three children live outside of Louisville, Kentucky in a small town called La Grange. They have always enjoyed going to the Florida panhandle, especially the west end of Panama City Beach since it is close to 30A but also close enough to the fun activities in PCB without being in the heavy tourist area. They purchased their first short-term rental in 2020 at Celadon Beach Resort - Unit #1201 (Silva Sands).

They have enjoyed hosting so much that in 2023, they purchased a home (The Bourbon Rail) in their hometown of La Grange, KY. They love the small town feeling with the train that runs through downtown, boutique shops, great local restaurants, an escape room, and so much more. It's the perfect spot for that little getaway, especially if coming in town for events like a bourbon trail, the Kentucky Derby, and so much more.

Both the Florida condo and Kentucky home have had extensive remodels and are well taken care of by these hands-on owners.
